Located approximately 8 kilometres from Juja town off the Juja – Kalimoni bypass and close to the KCB and Safaricom blocks next to the High voltage Power lines. 30 acres block subdivided into 210 commercial and residential one eighth (1/8) plots. All plots have been fully sold out to members where a plot was being sold at the rate of Ksh. 600,000 for active members and Ksh. 650,000 for members from other Cooperative Societies. However, the price kept changing to reflect the rate of market value within the surroundings. The scheme plan have been approved by the County Government and the society looks forward to issue titles to members.
